The Joys and Frustrations of Playing Sudoku
I still remember the first time I opened a Sudoku puzzle. I had seen the grids countless times in newspapers and apps, but I had never really tried solving one. At first glance, it looked simple — a 9x9 grid filled with numbers and empty squares. How hard could it be? I was about to find out that Sudoku is deceptively simple, endlessly challenging, and surprisingly addictive.

My First Encounter
I sat down with a beginner-level Sudoku on a lazy Saturday afternoon, armed with a pencil and a cup of coffee. I started filling in the obvious numbers, the ones that practically screamed their place in the grid. Piece by piece, the puzzle began to take shape, and I felt a sense of satisfaction with every correct entry.
But then came the trickier part: the sections where no number seemed to fit. I scratched my head, tapped my pencil on the table, and double-checked every square. For a moment, I felt like I was staring into some kind of numeric labyrinth designed to confuse me. And yet, the challenge was strangely thrilling. Sudoku has this way of teasing your brain, making you feel both frustrated and curious at the same time.
